Ryle Pov:
When a ray of sunlight fell into my eyes, I slowly opened them. We are still in the forest. We spent our nights here since we couldn't face the trip and couldn't go home. I looked in front of us and saw that the burn fire I started last night had died spontaneously, which is good because it didn't cause any problems.
I tried to stand up, but my body felt a little heavy, so I looked over at Vyrie, who was hugging me, but she was still sleeping. I didn't move since I didn't want to wake her up, so I just stared at her.
"When she sleeps, she's incredibly cute."
I'm not sure why, but I accidentally caressed her hair and kept an eye on her while she slept. She slept with me earlier last night, and before I went to sleep, I was watching her, wondering how the heck I woke up before her. Tsk, girls are notorious for sleeping.
