I keep my hands crossed because I heard a noise that scared me because Ryle had left me in this wilderness and I was all alone. The sounds became increasingly frightening, so I covered my two ears with my hands to block them out. And I'm guessing the sounds are one of the terrifying monsters that live in the forest, and I'm hoping I'm wrong and I'm just imagining things.
I'm wishing Ryle would return because I can't take it anymore, and I'm terrified right now because I'm alone, and what if I die alone in this forest? My hands were trembling, and I was beginning to feel anxious. I considered quitting this position, but then I realized that if I did, I may lose even more ground with Ryle.
"Ryle, where are you at the moment?"
