"I see nothing, Your Highness. Was I supposed to see anything different?" Saorsa enquired when she did not find anything different about Eleanor. She had waited for a long time, only in vain. The woman showed no changes and Saorsa blinked in confusion, wondering what was amiss.
Not only Alastair, even Samantha and the others were taken aback by her words and they gave her a peculiar look, one which had no effect on Saorsa. Anyway, she was telling the truth. There was no need for her to shy away from everyone's intense questioning gazes.
"Are you sure you see no changes in Eleanor, Lady Saorsa?" Although the young king was questioning her, Saorsa realized that he was not doubting her at all and this thought put her at ease.
"No, Your Highness. Eleanor seems normal to me."
