Chapter 36 - A-36

Monta took ten students to the Mission Center after his class was over. Of course, some of the students seemed regretful for not making the same decision as the ten student. They, ten student were taken to the Mission Center, leaving the rest of the students.

The offer didn't come twice, and Monta really did. He left all the student who didn't take his offer just like that, he only brought ten student to the Mission Center.

"You will find out what kind of place it is the Mission Center, there you can receive an assignment for which you can later earn points that can be exchanged. This opportunity is right before your eyes, don't waste it." Monta tells his students to be opportunistic.

Is that a bad attitude? Of course not, opportunism is a must-have attitude for anyone who wants to go further and achieve something beyond his reach. With this attitude, they will have an advantage over other students.

A tall and spacious building, two stories high, they arrived at the Mission Center. There, there were many students in groups, they carried books and weapons, it looked like a Guild within the Academy.

"On the first floor, you will be presented with an interesting view. Your seniors work hard, work together to form a group to complete a level A task. Don't make yourself embarrassed when you enter, learn everything you see," exclaimed Monta, he invited they enter the Mission Center.

"Pino, what do you think about this place?" asked Derek, he saw a lot of new things when he entered the Mission Center, students carrying weapons, groups planning a strategy.

"This place is not what we should think about, Derek, but the seniors. They are all strong, and have experience of life and death battles, if you can't see the difference between those who are in here and those out there, it will all be. it became difficult, "said Pino, as soon as he entered the Mission Center, he felt a huge difference.

A big difference, like two different worlds. Even though they held the same position, namely a student as well as a senior, there was a clear difference between those who roamed outside the Mission Center and those who were inside, and Pino couldn't ignore this.

"What do you mean Pino?" Vista couldn't help asking questions as Pino discussed the differences between his seniors. He didn't feel it at all, thinking back to what Pino had said made him wonder.

"Those who have fought between life and death have a different aura from those who only study all day long. When you are around these people, you must always be vigilant, lest you let your guard down or your life can fly away at any time," he said. Pino told what he felt when he saw a man sitting in the corner of the room turning a book.

Once again, Vista and Matto looked around. The two of them took a closer look at the surroundings, they followed the directions given by Pino to keep watching their surroundings warily.

"Pino, it seems you are used to this, have you ever fought like them?" Derek asked, feeling odd about Pino's relaxed attitude compared to his two roommates.

"Getting used to it is a must, Derek. What did you expect when you walked into Coasthaven Academy and joined Mr. Monta's invitation?" Pino only let his comrades realize what goals they had when they entered the Academy.

Monta listened to all the conversations and he just smiled a little, he did not think there would be a new student who understands the meaning of entering an Academy in just a short time. The aim of bringing them to the Mission Center is to make them aware of the importance of being vigilant and taking opportunities.

How many students can escape death if they don't have consciousness from the start? There would not be many, the majority of them would definitely be blocked by a wall of fear.

Selytic, Cody, Marivaldi, and three other disciples continued to follow Monta without speaking. They all felt a different kind of pressure when they were around the seniors inside the Mission Center.

A gripping feeling like walking between a wild animal baring its fangs, it continued to haunt them until they arrived in front of the receptionist who was smiling warmly.

"Monta, did you do it again?" asked the female receptionist named Leah, a fairly round face with beautiful blue eyes and hair tied into a ponytail.

"Leah, how are they doing? Are they capable of completing the task?" Monta changed the direction of the conversation, he did not want to discuss this habit.

"You, you mean that group? Yes, they finished well. They didn't get many points, but they finished the task quickly. Aren't you putting too much pressure on them, Monta?" Leah was a little serious, her eyes fixed on Monta.

He knew Monta very well, a man who was strange because of his unpredictable attitude. Sometimes he can be nice, but his personality can change right away in the blink of an eye.

"Hahaha ... No, Leah. I only saw potential students especially those whose courage was above average. Don't you think about it, how many students survived during that incident?" asked Monta, this time it was he who was serious, his face and aura showing it all and making Leah speechless.

"That incident, there's nothing I can say, it all ended badly. I can't deny it, so why do you come here now with these new students?" Leah asked, still remembering clearly the events that had resulted in many casualties on the Academy's side.

A monster attack that requires students to participate in city defense. They were sent away to participate in the battle for the defense of the city.

Monta looked at Leah one more time and turned towards her students. "They came to participate in taking on assignments. From now on they will be members of this Mission Center."

"Are you sure, Monta. They will join in this first year?" Leah asked, asking for confirmation from Monta once again.

"Yes, I will guarantee it. You can register them right, although the initial requirements must be the second year, but with my guarantee it can be changed," said Monta. He stretched out his hand for a rock and a bright light appeared.

"Good luck to you," Leah shouted to the students.

Soon all the students who participated with Monta were given a token which indicated they had joined the Mission Center and they could take on an assignment.

The tasks themselves are grouped into four levels from lowest to highest, namely D, C, B, and A.
