Elleah and M'callyn immediately tended my mate as we rushed back to my room and let her heal there. But something was indeed different about her awakening. Verona was supposed to shift into her stallion form if she inherited her biological father's genes.
"Lexana, Verona is already saved from danger." Elleah assured me like she always does to her patients.
"But, her body needs to keep up with the drastic changes that's happening inside of her." M'callyn continued while her eyes were slightly glowing as she placed her right hand over Verona's forehead and her left holding her left hand while looking at her tattoo.
"Meaning?" I wondered to what she informed me that exactly I heard a knock at the door which made Elleah let Agnes and her mate come inside my room.
