After the weird story telling about Lyric's parents' love life, Verona and I went for some stroll around the garden. We just walked in the mid-cold air breeze this very night even though it was getting late, I still wish that this stroll with my mate won't end.
"Ali, did you know that I've been shot for I don't know how many times yet I am still alive?" Verona suddenly cut the silence revolving around us which made me confused a little to what she's getting at.
"Well, what I am trying to say is that I am thankful that I met your crazy but wonderful family, especially you. It might be my time to be happy after those dark pasts of mine that's why I want to enjoy them as long as I can." Verona explained that I was happy that she came to love my family as well.
"Verona…" I wanted to say something but she cut me off and continued talking as she took my hand while walking around the garden.
