As I was tending Lilyana's deep wound after letting her drink my blood, I suddenly felt some pain over my shoulder yet there's no wounds or blood over it. I tried to look around where it was coming from and then my eyes narrowed to where Kathelina's fallen state was. She was being hit by a long cylinder metal over her shoulder but she didn't care at all. She just removed it as if it was nothing and threw it back to the one who pierced her. It was headshot and even she was bleeding, she didn't feel anything apart from me. I really felt it as if I was the one who was being hit and I knew that's a bit odd but I've kinda understood what it meant while I am watching them as I finished tending Lilyana's wound.
"She's something for being our mate." Lilyana commented as she groaned over the slight pain on her shoulder while trying to sit comfortably next to me.
