" What did you guys discuss in the …conference this afternoon?" Jake asked.
She could see a small smile appear on his face but he was just trying not to laugh hard. " You don't need to pretend as if you didn't understand it already." She said pouting her lips. Jake had already seen her in the office and now he was just testing her patience.
" I thought you would never lie." Jake said looking at her.
Samantha could feel eyes pouring through her. She turned to see him. It wasn't a feeling she could quite understand because she felt a sense of security in those hazy brown eyes. She knew he had words to say when his lips parted a bit to speak out something but he stopped. " What?" she asked.
