The planes sent from Isvan city were about half way there but they were having difficulties with flying monsters and strange weather patterns. Julian rubbed his head and groaned, This constant influx of information was too much for him to handle and headaches became common to him. He ignored the pain and absorbed a high grade natural soul stone to give himself some relief. When he finished he teleported down to the camp directly outside of Duke Henry's office. The guards on standby outside the tent were startled by the man but were relieved by their lords voice. " don't worry he's' friendly. " As Julian walked through the tent doors the guard on the left wiped his sweat from his head and the guard on the right rubbed his chest as he breathed heavily. looking at the soldiers keep their composure in a tough situation he thought to himself.' The words brought a strange sense of pleasure to Julian, It felt good to be called Emperor by someone in power. Julian looked down away from Henry's face and into his hand with a confused look. For a second, he saw the world, in the palm of his hand.

" Henry nodded and spoke up as he picked up several documents. Those metal machines are incredible, if it weren't for them this could not have worked out as great as it did. there were many citizens who refused to use the strange machines you call trucks so they instead used their own carriages and beasts, However many of these people saw how the truck moved forward without ever stopping for breaks and they realized this machine was a must have. I have received over 74,000 letters asking to purchase one or more trucks. " Henry finished speaking and handed the documents to Julian, While he looked at the documents he spoke with Henry. He thought he was seeing things so he instinctively rubbed his eyes. When he opened them and focused on the spot again the dark elf man was gone, Julian released his divine sense into the area but found nothing strange. He didn't know why but he felt a strange urge to see the handsome elf once more. Julian's body teleported and he arrived in the tree where the elf man was, he searched hard but found nothing. He was confused and for some reason a little bit sad. This bugged him a lot but he had other things to worry about right now so he brushed it off and teleported away.
His objective as of right now was to drop off construction bots every 200 miles all the way back to Isvan city. His secondary goal was to Increase his influence in the Koryak kingdom and use these forts to recruit the local populace. The main reason he decided to build them was because there was 2 absolutely crazy sized lakes. with forts in the area he could build water pumps and turn the two lakes into an insane amount of Matter Value.

Julian looked at the quest pop up and became nervous, He still had no fighting skill, He had plenty of raw power but he had no idea how to utilize it in a fight to the death with people who have trained their entire lives. After a lot of thinking he came up with a wonderful idea, He wanted to breakthrough as far as he could into the psychic ranks. Back when he broke through in the cavern it caused territory wide quakes and chaos so he thought instead of doing it on the ground why not do it in space? If he made it into the vacuum of space just above the sky He would float around and would have plenty of space to breakthrough.
Julian teleported into the cavern below the city and sucked up all the available Natural Soul stones, Along with all the Harvested soul stones he currently had in storage. " its Not enough! " Julian slammed his fist into a wall, " GOLD! Fill up 10 Spatial rings with Soul stones!!! NOW! "

Julian waited patiently and only 5 minutes later a Krieg robot walked into the room carrying a wooden box, The Krieg bot placed the box down in front of Julian and left the room. He opened the box and placed one ring on every finger, The Nano particles transported blood through his skin into the rings and they all bonded to him. Julian's voice bellowed in the silent void and Blood rushed from every inch of his hands and back towards the soul stones. The blood was replenished as soon as it left the body so it was a never ending tide of blood from his burly body. The ferocity of His blood rivaled that of the strongest divine beasts of the land and within a hundred breaths all of the soul stones were devoured. IN an instant all the blood shot straight back into Julian's body and was turned back into M.V.

" The evil soul laughed and replied " you do know I've been here the whole time right? I was a part of you at the start, but once you absorbed all of those evil thoughts i became something stronger. " Julian looked at his evil soul and said 2 words." What deal? " The evil soul smiled happily and chugged his wine glass before speaking. " Don't try and deny anything i say ok, we are the same soul split in two, i am you and you are me. We are Xenaphobic, don't deny it fucker. My deal is simple, I will allow this soul merge to go off unhindered and will never again kill another human but in exchange i want to be able to kill ANYONE who is not a human. " The evil soul finished speaking and looked at Julian with a grin. "Its a good deal, Fine demon, i will make this deal with you. " Julian spoke and at the same exact time both souls went for a handshake. Once their hands met their souls began to fuse into a tornado of energy. With no interference from either soul the merge was easy and a new series of transformations followed.

As the green energy Shot outwards at the speed of light it devoured every atom of energy and power each star held within. Soon these exploding supernovas began to collide with each other and when this happened the green energy merged together and turned White.

More and more energy gathered into the bead but it stayed the same size, On the outside of his head a golden tattoo began to appear on his forehead. More and more time passed by and soon all the energy had been absorbed into the small golden bead. A golden two headed Eagle appeared in the center of his forehead.

Before Julian even moved, a small Bead appeared in the air in front of Julian, His eyes locked onto it and suddenly he saw nothing But Light. The Small bead erupted and a Bright white Light was shot out from it. Julian's Comfortable clothes were Burned off instantly and the powder was blown away. " ah " His body felt the full brunt of the White light, His skin began to burn slightly faster than it could be repaired by the Nano particles. The burned Skin was full of the light energy so it was reabsorbed by the Nano particles. Julian placed his left hand on his chest and Nano particles flooded out and spready into his body to fight against the sunlight. Thanks to the Arm of Annihilation spewing a constant stream of extra Nano particles the battle became equal, Skin that was burnt was healed instantly and the light was stopped.
The Light burned for hours and Julian's body absorbed every speck of light that hit his body.
