Sara glanced sideways trying to swallow in her surroundings, to find what could be her key details to the pathway she had been looking for. It was not even the same path she crossed the other time; this time it was behind the library, towards the top of the hill where the shuttle bus normally stop at.
She checked the time and it was only five past six in the morning. 'I should have sufficient time to explore for a quick one before work,' Sara did not hesitate this time. She wanted her eyes to feast on the beauty of nature.
One step, two steps she went through the pathway and she smiled giddily as she felt like a character from Alice in the Wonderland. The pathway was bordered with colourful perennial plants of all sorts arranged neatly side by side, which glistened with the morning mist as the fog slowly lifted.
There were lavenders, asters, catmint, peonies, baptisia, veronica and chrysanthemum amongst others. Sara wondered if these plants were even in season.
