How beautiful those couples are in my eyes. There were even a couple of parents who were together enjoying this dinner and the dance.
True love does exist, I guess.
"Mom, Dad, don't you two want to enjoy the dance too?" I asked my parents who just sat in their chairs.
"We're just here with you, Sweetheart."
"You two can dance if you want. I'm fine here," I said.
Mom turned to Dad and they nodded in unison. "Just a moment. You wait here, okay?"
I nodded. I propped my chin as I watched my family as they danced above the dim lights to the lilting music.
It's perfect tonight. Seeing them happy makes me feel happy too.
I headed for the toilet by signaling to Reina. I have the urge to pee more often these days. No matter the place. Luckily, I was at the restaurant.
After urinating, I looked at my reflection in the mirror. I brushed my lips once with lipstick, then got out of the toilet.
