I shook my head and I know it sounds weird because finally, I'm going to visit home. "There's something I want to talk to Dad about. Men's talk." I blinked one eye at her and she understood. Daisy never asks more what I do when I see my family. As long as it's secret and private, she won't ask much.
"Do you need me there?" She asked.
"No need, Dai. But if you need it at home, I don't mind if you want to go there too. But don't bring a car, okay?" I said clearly, emphasizing the last sentence.
Daisy pointed her OK finger at me and ate the breakfast I made.
I always make a special foreign breakfast because I'm not quite used to eating Indonesian food. All because I have lived in New York longer, compared to Raka.
Well, my breakfast made Daisy even get used to my food. She didn't protest and was even impressed by every command or whim I said.
