Tilted my head towards the screen to let Soren know I wanted it turned off.
"Go," I pushed them both towards the door with my tail, "I won't kill him, and I won't leave while I'm naked. I can't read the alfa through a screen, and this is personal information so I don't want to hand it out to people I don't like."
"You told me because you liked me," Goliath looked at me funny.
"Call it an instinct," I stood up keeping my head low, "An ability to detect those who are likely to be hostile towards me, and those who are not."
"That is interesting," the alfa said from over on his screen.
"Shut him off," I snorted, "I don't want to risk talking to someone I can't read."
Soren shut him off as Goliath, and Grett left together. I turned to Soren, and started from the beginning. Soren pulled up a chair not long after I began retelling the events of my life from just before I found that little marble up to the present. Leaving out the unnecessary details, the system, and that I now possessed the ability to produce basilisk venom. His silence afterwards was deafening.
{Ethan}, I focused on our link while Soren was busy being speechless, {Insist on coming down here with Savannah, and a fresh uniform.}
I had to send the message out three or four times before Ethan got the whole thing.
"You were born human," Soren finally broke the silence, "How is this even possible?"
"I didn't make the marble," I snorted, "I didn't exactly have a whole lot of time to figure that part out between the surviving, and trying not to get discovered. I've been completely focused on getting stronger this whole time. I need to have enough strength to equal one of the four greats just to keep the military off my back."
"You think just getting strong will be enough to get the military off your back," Soren frowned, "Every single werewolf if stronger than ten normal ability users, and we're trapped on a desolate island. Plus we're heavily regulated, and monitored by the military. Power isn't enough to stop the military from controlling people like us."
"Finally," I faced the door, "They're here. No more questions about the marble. I don't trust Grett to hear of any of this yet. I had to tell Goliath because Goliath would have killed me if I didn't."
The door opened as soon as I finished talking.
"Wyatt!!" Ethan smiled as he rushed over me me, "I brought one of your uniforms."
"Do you want me to pull out a wall for you to change behind?" Soren's eyes were down since he was still mostly lost in thought.
"That would be nice," I nodded.
"You're not going to check if he's hurt?" Savannah spoke up.
"He's fine," Ethan handed me my uniform, "I can tell."
"So his bond to him is stronger," Grett watched the distracted Soren pull out a sliding section of wall.
I switched forms, and pulled on my clothes while the section of wall was up.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Savannah got pissy raising the temperature of the room a few degrees.
"Exactly what is sounds like little witch," it sounded like Grett was getting into her face.
"Don't call me a witch little wolf," Savannah snapped.
I slammed the sliding wall back into the wall.
"That's enough," I focused my murderous intent on Grett, "I don't care if you are right. Touch her, and you won't have a head anymore."
The threat was hollow, but it was still plenty effective. As soon as he backed down I sucked my murderous intent back in. Goliath gave me a dirty look, and Soren had snapped out of his daze. Grett was pinned into the wall furthest away from me. Soren had been snapped out of his daze, and was giving me a funny look.
"Why did you do that?" Goliath's voice was cold, and calm.
"Grett's kind of short tempered," I stretched as I got used to being restricted to a human body once again, "Savannah is short tempered. Two short tempered people usually end up fighting. If Grett had hurt Savannah than dead Grett... So I ended the fight."
Goliath loosened up a bit as he relaxed back into his normal jovial personality.
"Go back to your room Wyatt," Goliath smiled at me, "As far as everyone knows you just barely survived a wraith attack. Classes will start up again in a couple more days. Keep your head down."
"I always keep my head down," I started walking towards the door with Ethan.
"What do you call that whole thing you did with Baron than?" Goliath sounded amused.
"I'm too short tempered to let someone walk all over me like that," I answered with a casual shrug, "If someone comes to me trying to start something than I won't hold back."
I left the underground room the wolves were allowed to live in, and went straight to my room. I switched back to my true form as soon as I got back to my room. The size difference was obvious. I couldn't move around much once I switched forms. I had to jam my shoulder into the flipped up bed to pull all of me into my room.
I narrowed my eyes when I noticed something different about my room.
"Savannah," I looked at her, "You had someone fix my room didn't you."
"Yeah," Savannah looked up from what she was reading, "Cost me three hundred credits."
"I'll transfer you credits to reimburse you," I looked down at my watch.
"I don't need it," Savannah went back to reading.
"I didn't ask if you needed it," I cocked my head still looking at my watch, "This thing won't fit much longer."
My watch band was stretched thin on my wrist. Barely as thick as a pen. I fiddled with the wrist band a bit.
"No point in worrying about it," I debated on playing games on my watch.
