I felt the fletching of the magic arrow against my skin and all I could see were the monsters as they ran from Yukano. In that moment I was analyzing their every move, seeing how they ran, how they breathed.
It was not something Yukano had taught me, but it was something that came naturally in the moment as I stared my prey down.
I released the string, hearing the clear sound of my bow as the arrow darted to the skies.
It was not as impressive as Yukano's as it slipped past the winds, but that was not a fair comparison and I was sure that my archery had already reached a high level. It was like I was born to wield a bow and everything just worked perfectly when it really mattered.
I tracked the arrow using (skill) Eyes of a Hunter and as it struck one of the beskars right behind the shoulder blade, the monster collapsed silently.
It was a perfect kill shot that did not allow the creature to howl.
