Morning came slowly, sleep-deprived as I grew weary in bed heavily awake. It was as if the night wasn't going to chameleon to day as I continued to look out the window from a distance thinking what entered into Shade for not coming home.
Though I knew she was perfectly okay as we discussed on phone earlier, but she didn't notify me she wasn't going to come home. Not like it was my business to always check her steps and made sure she is not going astray but, sleeping at Joshua's should not have been a daily party.
I slowly walked into the bathroom got my bath and finally got on the road trekking down to lecture. I plugged in my ear piece but on a low volume that I could still hear the events around me lest, I get hit by a car and die a tragic death.
