It was another day as the rising sun cast a rosy hue across the morning sky. I didn't even know the time Shade walked in the last night. Well, it shouldn't be such a big deal since I was not her mother to keep track on her movements.
I had even forgotten what the day was meant to be. Shade was no difference as we both laid flat on our beds like the dead laying in their coffins awaiting judgment into paradise.
Though I was a bit conscious, I was still very much asleep. I doubt if Shade was even awake at all. But how will she be awake? Her energy has been consumed over what we all knew she went to do the day before.
