I took a bite of the salad and I heard him again.
'Bleh... salad? Why not some chicken? Or even better lamb...'
I heard him moan and I started craving the meats. I shook my head.
'We ate that yesterday. Dont you know how much meat I put in that sandwich?'
He clicked his tongue.
'Well not as much fucking lettuce you put in there.'
'Lettuce is good for you asshole. I'm the only thing keeping you from not maintaining that body I gave you.'
He gasped
'I'm fighting fit!'
'Yes and I plan to keep it that way. So we're eating a salad.'
He tched then stopped talking as I continued eating the salad. I heard the clank of trays as the four from earlier sat down next to me. I almost choked on my carrot when I saw them.
'How did I not hear them?'
I wondered when my question was answered.
'Woops...'
I rolled my eyes at the wolf. "Hey guys."
I looked at the four as the smiled waving at me. But I felt something off from Adrien. It wasn't him, if anything it was his bag. I glared at it and he vagan to wonder why. "Y/n? Are you ok?"
Thats when I noticed something climb through the side. My hands reached out and let the arthropod crawl onto it. I held it in front of me. It was huge. It was a huntsman spider. Almost the size of both my hands together. One thing I noticed, was that it was... pregnant.
I bit my lip as I carried it onto the grass. I honestly had a huge fear of spiders but I felt I needed to remove it.
I crawled out of my hand and onto the green maze and I sighed in relief glad not have panicked.
"Woah. How's you know that was there?" Alya asked. "Yeah even i didn't notice it
Y/n." Adrien said looking at his bag. I shrugged my shoulders. I knew why. It was Conner. He heard the tapping of the thing crawling.
"I don't know. Just lucky." I stared at the green blades that was now the spiders home.
"That was so cool..."
"Yeah..."
Their voices evaporated into nothingness. As I stared deeply into the green grass. I felt the electricity run through me and saw him.
Laying in the grass playing with the spider and it's babies the spider crawled from one hand to the other and he smiled.
"You still don't want me to do anything?" He asked me and I gulped. "I don't know anymore. But calm down with Marinette, dude. I felt that." Hd laughed at my statement.
"It's not my fault. My heats coming soon. It's just hormones." He shrugged his shoulders and the spiders crawled off. I rubbed my legs together feeling uncomfortable. I sighed and blinked, my 'daze' gone away.
I turned back at the table and they were laughing and being grossed out by the topic of spiders.
I continued eating my salad, listening to their conversation. Adrien kept on staring at me and I knew why. He saw me as Cat fall off a building twice and survive both of them without a scratch. Of course he was curious.
