Amelia woke up with a blaring headache, one that didn't come from inside her head but rather pressed against the side of her head like she hit her head on something while she was sleeping.
"Urgh... Hmm? Wasn't I sleeping against the wall or something?" She mumbled, her mouth dry from being open while she slept. Her eyes were narrowed in annoyance while she glanced around the room, scratching an itch in her hair. Even while her mind was clouded with the fog of sleepiness, she could still recognize her room from the dark walls that pressed against the air and made her feel like she was suffocating. While her vision slowly came into focus, she looked down and noticed a strange scent coming from her clothes.
She pulled at the top of her nightshirt and brought it up to her nose, taking a deep breath of the clean-yet-vibrant scent.
