"The place next to the sea in Y city is haunted before also many people tried to build something on the that land but had to stop in the middle because of death or natural calamities .They say many decades ago war happened on that land and the dead soldier's souls still wander there and even the sea water is sometimes red as so much blood was spilled .None of the localities ever travel by that road after dark and even tell the tourists not to go there . The reason they are selling it for so cheap is because no one is willing to buy it ,"Bella explained.
