"This is Cat Grant reporting live from the United Nations, the United Nations are about to hold a press conference-" Cat Grant said as the camera switched to all large hall in the United Nations.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I give you U.N Secretary General Tseng Dangun."
"Thank you, Mr. Tim." Tseng whispered. "It is a privilege to join you in with the conference, we have had lots of complains on what we all thought was impossible... The world's largest water supply systems in the United States had detected a substance in the pipes..." Tseng took a deep breath. "...We have live footage." He points his hand to a large screen.
First, was the footage in Springfield, screams was heard on the dark footage as the CCTV camera cut off. Next was Boston as the Ambassador's watched silently... Gotham City, Ichabod, Blüdhaven, Patterson, and New York City was the last footage's shown. "What're we going to do Ambassador's..." Tseng asked as the hall went from silent to a loud talking politics hall. "Quite down ambassador's."
"This is a threat we must take seriously..." The Markovian ambassador spoke.
"I agree Ambassador." Tseng nods.
"What about the league?" An Ambassador yells over.
"The league are on to it as we speak..." Tseng clears his throat.
Springfield, Massachusetts, August 22nd, 04:12 EDT
"I can't still believe that this is happening because D-Diana had to betray-" Rex looked over. "What's the matter? Rose."
"You won't understand..." Rose sobs. "All you guys care about is... You know what nevermind that." She sighs.
The city was asleep, the night was a cool one as the moon shined down on the lone street. The neighborhood was asleep. Darkness consumed it all save the light from the moon. The street was empty, a few lone cars sat on the sides, but nothing else moved. It was quiet, unmoving, and eerie. The house stood along the street forming a canyon like setting with walls pressing in on each side of the small street. As though the houses were caving in on the street, it was small.
"The street is so quiet... Something is wrong." He pulled out his sword.
"It's too quiet." Rose rushed out her X-blades.
They both circled the street looking at every corner. "This is really getting strange..." Rose grits her teeth.
"All else-e-" Vernon grits his teeth as the grounds began to shake.
"What the heck was that?" They both looked at each other both confused.
"Let's find out." He leaped as he launched his grappling hook into the air as he swung up to a roof nearby.
"Hey! Wait up." Rose jumped releasing her X-erang. "CAN WE PAUSE FOR A MOMENT."

Rose stood close to Rex as the moon light shined on them. "Can you remember what Aquamal said earlier." Rex whispered.
"Aquaman..." Rose sighed sitting back on the edge of the roof. "And no I was too busy thinking of Tac- I mean tag-dance."
"Tag-dance?" Rex looked at her confused.
"GOSH! Okay, that sounded better in my head." Rose whispered.
"Did you say something? Huh." Rex tilting his head.
"No! Not at all... Am fine-e. you good?" Rose smiles.
"Yeah! Am good." He nods.
"Okay-ay then... Soo I guess the earthquake is some how coming from that big pipeline company... But why is it causing huge earthquake?" She stood up and grits her teeth.
"Then, we're about to find out..." Vernon pulls on his mask and jumps off.
"Hey! Come on wait up." Rose pulls on her mask as well, her mask is similar to her father's "HAHAHA- HA."

It had taken Rex and Rose a while to find their way to the pipeline company, but they had finally arrived. They both scouted out the area seeing that it was heavily guarded and cameras as well. They moved up to the large company heading for the roof, but there were sentries moving atop almost every minute. Rex looked up at the sentry moved away and he made his move. He leaped up onto the roof taking cover behind a wooden boards. Rose slid around the shadow and jump to the wooden boards as well. The next sentry walked past and they took his path moving behind him and quickly slipped into the company. He slipped into the shadows seeing moving guards inside the facility. Rex quietly moved down the stairs slowly and slipped into the floor grates on the button floor.
Screams are heard from the bottom floor as Rose followed closely behind him,
"TELL ME HOW TO SEND THE WATER TO THE WHOLE CITY! NOW!" A man wearing a mask screamed up close to the engineers.
The engineers sat quietly. "Okay, then." The man wearing mask holds a young woman by the collar. "TELL ME ORRR I WILL-"
"DON'T... Don't kill her..." A young man yells back at the thug. "I will tell you..." He said softly.
"GOOD!" He throws the woman at the corner.
"What're we gonna do?" Rose asked whispering softly.
"We wait until the main-man moves out to the command-table, we rescue the hostage and take down the armed men... Got that." Rex replied with a smirk.
"Y-Yeah..." Rex sighed. "This is getting a l-little hard then I thought..." She whispered to herself.
