I didn't tell the artras the reasons for my search for the secrets to creating a homunculus and skipped over to the part where I heard of a terrorising phoenix. By the time I found them that day, I was tired of the rumours that ran wild in Armensia of the artras failing. Watching what the phoenix had done to level a mountain had not been the best sight for our reputation.
"You had one hell of a time in the Mage's society. Looks like I was not the only doing repairs in Armensia. I'm glad to hear that place was fixed. Jovenor wasn't happy about how the artras didn't pay much attention to it," Jacob commented, narrowing his eyes at Kendall.
"I had a lot to do… As you might've heard, I blew up a mountain to wake up," Kendall flipped him off, wearing a worried look once more.
