Isaac's POV
After a discussion with the king of the dragons, it was confirmed that the procedures to get the dwarves declared equals to the dwarves and the elves would be taken. The domes were to be taken down from the remainder of the cities in the world and trade relations with Dwarvenhall were to be established.
The king accepted that the city was much more valuable than many others that he knew of and there was an argument between him and the queen over who's territory it would fall under. After an icy intervention from alpha Ciara, the argument was settled on leaving the place as neutral territory. The dwarves were to be treated with respect and considered treasures to Armensia as they provided the solution to combat the impending situation of famine.
