Kevin's POV
"I sensed the anger of one of the Little ones… And I've heard pretty much everything that has been discussed in this room," Obsidian began, plunging the room into silence. The room began to heat up fast, "Calm yourself, Phoenix."
"We don't have time to waste," he yelled at the dragon, "I'm out of here. I hope you enjoyed your chat with your father," he teleported for the first time in an eruption of blue flame. I couldn't blame him… People's lives were at risk and he couldn't contain that part of him that sought to protect them, however, he was rushing into the battle without a plan and that was reckless of him. His sudden departure was also a message that none of my commands was going to reach him either.
