Kevin's POV
We'd been running for twenty minutes so far and the whole time Kendall was trying to get me to talk about what was going on with me in school. There were enough irregularities in the way I was conducting myself in school and that included completely ignoring Thomas' summons to talk along with the Math teacher's attempts at having a conversation with me. I was still speechless on the part of why I wasn't speaking to him.
"What is it with you and Thomas these days? I thought he'd given up on trying to get you back into the football team?" Kendall asked.
"I don't know what his deal is, honestly. Probably after he noticed that I was more built after my comma, he realized I was in more shape than before and decided I was too valuable an asset to lose. Something of the sort, probably," I tried explaining my thoughts on the matter whilst admiring the fact that Kendall was not yet winded this far into the jog.
