Kendall's POV
The end of the day found us relaxing at the pool back at the Winters mansion. Ryan had driven us there as a last part of the plan. This was where we were to spend our time until Dave Winters returned from Armensia with the news on how everything was going on in the kingdom of the Ice Dragons. Ciara's mother was overjoyed that we'd been that thoughtful and let us stay.
Altogether, counting Sonia, Kevin, Isaac, Jacob, Gary, Claire, Ryan, Mindy, Heather, Elijah and two other Purgers that I had come to know as Conrad and Joseph, we were a group of thirteen people. I still referred to those that were part of our generation in the Five Houses as Purgers as that is what we knew them to be before our memories were restored and the illusion released.
"So just so we are clear, the people who are affected by that illusion even get bullied by it?" Sonia asked.
