Ciara's POV
The three-headed lion stood at a height of three fully grown men, easily towering over the heads of the people closest to it. If it wasn't for the fact that it looked more of a hologram than flesh and bones, it would have thrown the crowd into a mass panic. Instead, they stared at it in awe as it defended the Siege.
Nonetheless, the power that emanated from the creature was undeniable and came with one purpose only… to defend the Siege to its grave. This was a message that could be felt through the magic that pulsed from the glowing projection of the lion with clear certainty. Kevin's expression softened as the lion continued to guard him and he opened his eyes, smiling at the creature.
"As I live and breathe…" Kevin's grandfather spoke.
"Had you seen this coming?" Dad asked him.
