Kendall's POV
Tension filled the air when Kevin arrived, "Hi guys," he greeted before opening his locker to retrieve his books. "I wonder how much work I missed in class. With all the time that I've been gone, it should… oh, I'd forgotten again. What's up?" his smile fell for a second when he realized the three months that he was not here were not experienced by anyone that was here at all.
"Nothing much…"
"Are you going to make me wait for you any longer, Johnson?" Ryan spoke up, agitation clear in his voice.
"Umm, Kevin, what is Ryan doing following you around?" Ciara asked.
"Ryan, what is this I hear about you giving Jacob and Sonia a ride last night?" Sutton piped up, "Is that where you were?"
"Kevin, you can't be serious about joining the Purgers?" Isaac raised his voice so that he was attracted more attention than the others.
