Kendall's POV
We stayed in silence for a bit, allowing this to finally sink in. This secret that I had been keeping from my parents had started keeping me apart from my parents. "I'm sorry, mum. I'm sorry, Dad," I spoke up, keeping my head down while I said it. Ever since I had found out about my powers and the mission my friends and I had to save Armensia, I had almost stopped talking to them. Each day, I returned home tired and did everything that I could do to get to bed quickly. On weekends, I spent my time at Ciara's mansion or in Armensia with the others training.
"The apology doesn't really matter if we don't get our son back," Dad spoke up.
I looked through my mind to find a way to assure them that they would have their son back. Unfortunately, I did not have to hunt through my mind for too long before I found something. "You won't have to wait so long for me to come back to you," I said, tears escaping my tightly shut eyes.
