A guard came a few minutes later with more supplies for us. Something that I found weird considering we were now free from the forest and were totally able of getting back to the city to get supplies of our own. The only reason we still stayed here was to know what was going to happen to the king and to make sure that he made it out alive. Now that I thought of it, that could have been the whole reason that the soldier had come here in the first place. I said thinking out loud. "Could it be that..."
