Kendall's POV
The portal we went through as usual led us straight to the Artarak lobby and we waited till Ciara herself had come through for fear that the same thing that happened to Kevin could happen to her. Thankfully, she came through even after a short delay. She looked a bit shaken when she came through but only for a second. She was the best person I knew in masking her emotions. No one questioned her when she did it either, not even Kevin. The thought steering up more anger in me.
"Welcome, masters of the Artarak," Jeremy said to us when had arrived, Jovenor is in the conference room.
"Jeremy, link the lobby door to the conference room," Ciara said.
"Yes, alpha," he said. I spun to face the entrance of the lobby and saw that the edges of the threshold were glowing.
"He can do that for any door in the castle?" Isaac said acting surprised, "I thought it only worked for the training room."
