"Stubborn couple. Why do they keep insist me to move out?" Trai Tinh poured his anger into his footstep through the market. "Hmm? Whats with the crowd?" He finally got distracted by a huge crowd in front of him. Seeing a tree nearby, Trai Tinh quickly climbed up to secure himself the best view. "Hmm? A stage with no one. That's weird," he thought to himself.
"This is the first time young Lady Hoa Dan has appeared in public. What do you think her look will be?" Down in the crowd, Trai Tinh could hear the conversation of two men.
"Hoa Dan?" Trai Tinh started thinking. "Isn't she the daughter of the chancellor? Through the market whispers, she shut herself from the outside world. Why would she come out now?"
Before Trai Tinh could draw any conclusion, the crowd below him cut his thoughts.
On the stage, slowly and elegantly, a person covered in a white dress walked up the stage. Her face was hidden with a curtain, and her hair was left free dancing around her steps. Behind her were maids followed her every step. All the components combined to create a heavenly feeling that normal people could never experience themselves.
From above, Trai Tinh looked down and was captivated himself. Although he didn't see Hoa Dan's face, he was still mesmerized by the scenery.
After getting up the stage, Hoa Dan and her maids positioned themselves at the center and an announcer raised his voice. "Today, all the men here are privileged to be the first to see the young Lady's beauty.
"Ooh!" The crowd got excited and started talking with one another.
"A bunch of perverts," Trai Tinh shook his head up on the tree. Even though he himself is also excited at what's about to happen.
The announcer raised his hand to signal for attention. After the crowd got quiet, he continued. "Rumour has it that our young lady doesn't show her face because she is so ugly that the chancellor won't be able to save their face. Others say that because she is so beautiful, that having the young lady reveal her face in public will cause a chaos in the country. Which ever is true, today will will find out!" He then turned his body to the young lady and bowed. "The time has come! Young lady Hoa Dan, please present us the truth!"
Another wave of excitement was born from the crowd. They all yelled, "Young Lady Hoa Dan! Young Lady Hoa Dan!"
Replying to the anticipation, the young lady signaled two of her maids to take down the curtain.
From the trees, Trai Tinh saw every small detail of the stage. He noticed that when the maids walked up, one of them had their mouth's moved. Seeing such an unusual thing, Trai Tinh tried to read her lips. "Breathe slowly! You don't have to worry about a thing when I'm here."
"What a big mouth this maid has? What gave her that confidence? Could it be…" Trai Tinh thought. Then he looked down and smirked as though he had seen through what was about to happen. "Interesting."
Finally, the moment that the crowd was waiting for happened. The curtain was put down and their reaction was… threw up. "Ugh! How… how could a person be that ugly!" While they and the others still dissatisfied with their anticipation, they didn't recognize that there was a maid from the stage that had gone missing.
Wriggling threw the crowd, while their attention was drawn to the stage, the maid was able to easily bypass person by person without getting noticed. Looking at the crowd's face, she smirked under her mask and claimed her plan as successful.
Finally, the maid passed the last person in the crowd. She stopped to take a breath while turning her head back and smirked. When resting was done and about to continue distancing herself from the stage, her first step was blocked by Trai Tinh.
