Their plan on the whole was now at hold. It made them wonder if that was the demon's motive… to slow them down until they come up with a great attack to wash down their existence.

"Come on! I can't wait any longer!!" The man whined to the older.
"Wait… It's gonna be sweet play~" The woman chuckled at the man being impatient.

"Just leave me alone Jack… I am fine! I just need to breath give me space!" Lia said as Jack tried to help her do everything. Jack turned around; heart ached while a piercing pain in his throat threatened him of his eyes flooding with tears. He secretly hoped she would still call him back, ask him to stay with her.
"Jack…" She called out; He released a relieved sigh.
"Don't let them know we broke up…" Those words crushed his broken heart even more. His eyes turned watery with sadness as his breath stiffened, without letting out a word he stomped of the door and slammed it.
We leaned onto the closed door; his head to the door as the tears rolled down his cheek and he cursed himself for being too clingy and possibly even ruined the 'friendship' between him and her.
Lia brought up her frail body to put it against the head board wiping a tear rolling down on her face and onto the silk sheets.
"I am sorry Jackie… I will only hurt you more if you are around…" She mumbled.
Jack dried off his eyes and successfully took two breaths without breaking down.
"Jackson! Pull yourself together and get your ass downstairs with everybody else!" He scolded himself and headed downstairs.
Everybody was worried about Lia. She was the youngest; the most pampered baby of the group. They couldn't stay seated knowing that she is sick. It has always been that way.
Jack advanced towards the kitchen where everybody was sat around the table. Isabelle shot towards him and shook his shoulders frantically, "How is she!?"
"She is asleep" He lied.
"Oh… I will go check on her later, sit down let's discuss what the three R's came up with aight?"
Jack simple nodded at her statement and sat at the empty seat next to Penelope. She gave him a warm smile and patted the back of his hand.
As they settled down Racheal started, "So, as Isabelle suspects, if all this is happening because of filthy tricks by the demons, we searched up a simple protection incantation. It can protect us from all the tricks that the demons try to put on us but...…."
Her words faded as Jack's thoughts diverted to something else. He floated away with his insecurities and emotions.
"Jack?" Penelope whispered holding his hand. She pulled him back to this world.
"So, we have to stay careful!" Randy continued explaining their plan.
"yes?" He looked at Penelope. She just smiled and moved her head side to side.
"You guys… Take a break… Take some rest. We will think of what we can have for lunch and breakfast. Maybe fly to Island again…"
Everybody dispersed going towards their bedrooms and the couch to take a nap.
Jack pulled Penelope away from the group for a second.
"What did the three R's say… I was kind of thinking about something else, didn't pay attention to what they were saying…" He whispered and scratched his nape.
"Me too…" She blushed and walked away leaving Jack surprised. Penelope is always the one who pays extra attention to stuff that important.
He walked upstairs to the guestroom Lila and him used.

After a while Isabelle and Conall flew to the island to get their supplies. Soon after they checked on Lia.
"I am really feeling all well Belle, don't worry about me~" She chuckled as Isabelle ran around the bed to make sure she was really fine.
Everyone gathered at the main hall again. Like the three R's instructed everyone sat around in a circle. It was time that they enchanted themselves and the palace to stay safe from the tricks that were being played by the Demons.
"Lia you know all the instructions?" Ricky looked at her.
"Yes, Isabelle told me everything!" She smiled cheerily showing no sign of sickness or weakness.
Jack and Penelope shared a look before concentrating back on the three R's.
They took a deep breath in. "Let's begin then, don't break the chant- not even for a second."
By these words Penelope and Jack realized they didn't know the chant. They shared a frantic look. Before they could say anything, Racheal started to chant loudly later joined by rest of the group. They all closed their eyes, only opened eyes were Penelope's and Jack's and they were locked together.
They held onto each other through eyes. They felt… Connected.
The chant was successful- for the group leaving Jack and Penelope. It didn't seem to matter though. They felt ok.
Jack smirked suddenly.
"Come with me" He held Penelope by her wrists and dragged her out of the palace in front Lia. She was shocked and hurt. Jack dragged Penelope to the outskirts of the palace premises to pin her to the wall.
He smirked again, this time more seductively. He licked his bottom lip looking at Penelope's.
"I know you want this Pen…"
"Wh- what?" She stuttered. He moved closer to her lips breathing hot air onto her lips.
Not any later he pressed his lips again Penelope's plum lips. She pushed him away, putting her hands on his chest.
"You are dating my sister! We- we can't do this!"
"We broke up Pen!" He exclaimed pinning her hands to the wall again kissing her. This time she gave in. Kissing him back. Dancing with his lips with sync. She melted into the kiss placing her hands on his neck and pulling him more in to deepen the kiss.
He smirked against her lips biting them and happily deepening the kiss.
They pulled away with only a string of saliva connecting them. Penelope blushed and-
Passed away falling into Jack's arms.
Jack evilly smirked. "This is what I wanted~ You look good like this kitten~ Well you will look better in my den~"
He looked at her once again scanning her body. "It's going to be sweet play after all~"
