Lia had then mustered up the courage to go back into her parent's treasure room to pull out the old tiara, Her tiara. It brought back so many memories, the good ones and the bad. She sniffled and dug deeper to find her father's crown. The big one with an emerald stone in the front. It was simple yet enough. It was always enough. She then found her mother's tiara, the glass stones and crystals sitting on the silver metal wires bunched and twisted together. Not even one of them lost their shine. They shone as soon as she walked out of the dim-lit room.
They reflected the light off her hand into the corridor. Jack was waiting for her outside the room. she turned to him and raised her hands to him. He smiled at her proudly. He took Lia's old tiara and placed it on her head.
"Even though you barely ever wore this thing I miss seeing you like this..." He smiled and pulled her into a soft hug.
