First ability which might add or decrease to the overall basic evolution, suppose for a moment that you have awakened an ability to increase your hearing which in passive itself will act as an disturbance to you till your used to it, while active being different story altogether.
Most awakened have both passive and active aspect of the ability but there are case minority but still there that might only have a single one of the above.
That is where hard work comes in no matter which ability you awaken without putting effort to understand and practice it you will not be able to make it work in correct way which might
end up becoming your last mistake .
So I encourage you all to work on your ability as for the way to practice don't worry about it as the
proper guidance will be given to you in your institute of choice."

"You should only decide which institute to join after you have found at the very least basics of your ability as if you have a healing type ability it would do you more good to join Arcadia even if you wish to go for fighting route as there you would be able to advance faster knowing the extent of your
Ability and getting used to it."
