Shino flown back to their ship with the princess and upon arrival Shino was greeted by Robin and said, "Who is this?" Shino replied, "I don't know her name but she's a princess, the guards are begging me to save her" Pyra then said, "A princess? What kingdom though?" Shino replied, "We are going to find out later on, she has a wound on her waist and a shrapnel stuck on her left thigh" Robin gave Shino a cup of water for he look tired and after drinking the cup of water Shino added, "I can treat her wound but for the shrapnel we need a doctor for it, I'll get her to the girls room, Robin change her dress to a casual one" as they sail with wreck ship and Shino finish treating the princess wound Chico came out from below deck and said, "Shino, we need to dock soon, the haul is filling up with water" Shino replied, "let's dock to that beach and repair our ship" and thus they dock on the beach and get off board to do repair and find a doctor, Sora went off board first and said, "Our ship is in bad condition, look at those holes" As soon as everyone is off board Robin then asked, "Why do we need to change the princess dress again?" Shino replied, "the people on this Island obviously want her dead, we need her to disguise himself when coming to the town" Chico then covered himself in a rag head to toes and said, "Yeah, like Shino said, we need to go undercover" Shino look at Chico disappointed and said, "No… that is too much Chico, you look more suspicious" and then Shino lift the Princess carefully on his back and said, "Let's split in to three, Pyra you come with me, Sora and Nensho, guard the Ship" and then throws the coins at Chico and said, "Chico go with Robin and exchange this to Dellos, after that buy some material for repairs and gave us a few to pay the doctor" hearing that Sora and Nensho are left behind, they glare at each other both saying, "Why am I stuck with this bastard?" Nensho said, "Oh?! I wonder why the ship is wreck probably because the DEFENSE was bad" Sora then said, "Sorry OLD MAN that is trying to be cute, better not to turn to your real size or this ship will be done for!" as they Fight the other sigh and then Pyra extend her hand and said, "If you don't like it, here Nensho, Come with us" Nensho jump towards Pyra's chest as if he was going to heaven and said, "yes ma'am Pyra" but before Nensho reach Pyra, Sora grab Nensho on his wings saying, "Hai! That's enough you perverted dragon!" The others then started to leave and Shino said, "Okay, get along the two of you" as the two glare to each other with an intent to kill.
Shino and the others arrive at the entrance of the Mayan civilization and there you can see people with element of rock and other thing that can manipulate the ground travelling and building amazing structure with their element, The Mayan civilization has tall houses with Pyramids that can withstand any calamity but something is wrong, something is bothering Shino and he can't figure out what it is. They separated in the entrance going in different direction, Shino and Pyra going to the Hospital while Chico and Robin to the market place, Shino and Pyra asked around town for direction to a hospital and everyone point in one direction, one of the person they ask was a young man wearing white lab coat with blue clothing inside point at the person Shino's carrying and said, "Is that girl the patient?" Shino replied, "Yeah it's her, we already applied first aid, but we need a doctor to do the rest" the person they ask then said, "I have my Clinic nearby, If it is okay to you people" Pyra said, "Ohhh.. Are you a Doctor?" the person then said, "Yes, I am Dr. Alva T. Edison, a local doctor here" Shino then said, "Great! Lead the way doctor" and they follow Dr. Alva to his clinic. Arriving at the clinic, Shino was stunned by the cleanliness the doctor have, a white tiles and white walls with clean furniture, even a trace of dust can't be found, Pyra stayed in the waiting room while Shino came in the doctors room and gave his appreciation on the doctor's cleanliness and the doctor thank him and said, "Lay the girl here, let me take a look" Shino put the princess in the bed and said, "She is on your hand doctor" the Doctor start to check his patient and said, "She is a little feverish" and notice the bandage on her waist and when he look under the bandage he said, "The wound in her waist is sealed using fire right? how deep was the wound?" Shino replied, "The wound is not deep, it is actually work like a small cut" as the doctor search around Shino added, "She has shrapnel stuck on her left thigh" the doctor got goose bump and nervously said, "I-is that right? L-let me take a look" Dr. Alva carefully pull the dress up and as soon as the shrapnel with a dried up blood showed up Dr. Alva was immediately on his knees, Shino panic and said, "Doctor, are you alright?" Dr. Alva then said, "Y-Yes I am alright" and the Dr. Alva stood up and as soon as he saw the Shrapnel with Dried Blood he was on his knees again, Shino then notice something is wrong and said, "Doctor? Wait don't tell me you are a quack" Dr. Alva pointed to his hang certificated and replied, "No, I have my certificate there, and I'm a true doctor and also a…" Shino who read the certificate said, "It says there you are a classified surgeon, then what is happening to you?" Dr. Alva anxiously said, "I-I have a phobia in blood, I can't really stand them" Shino then angrily said, "But you are a classified Surgeon! It also says there you're a class A, It mean you are one of the best, how come you are the best if you are afraid of blood"
Shino and Pyra found a Doctor, the Doctor they found was a Classified A-class doctor but the doctor was afraid of blood, Pyra came in the room and said, "Shino what is happening? Is the pri- I mean girl alright?" Pyra saw the doctor on knees and said, "What is happening Shino?" Shino replied, "This Doctor is a quack, we need to find another one" but then Dr. Alva nervously stood up and said, "No wait… She doesn't have long, the shrapnel has poison, it need to be removed now, I'll prepare for the surgery" Shino then said, "You are going to perform surgery? You know if you cut a person there will be blood" the Dr. pull his tools for surgery and put a glove and mask on and said, "just trust me" Shino then said, "Pyra! Close the door, wait outside" Shino then also put a glove and mask and said, "I'll assist, you said she is poisoned, you better save her" Dr. Alva start the surgery and said "alcohol" Shino hand out the alcohol and Dr. Alva pour the alcohol were the shrapnel are and said "The Shrapnel is stuck right? Scalpel" and began the incision to remove the Shrapnel, as the doctor cut near the shrapnel and as he cut Shino can't trace a single drop of blood and immediately check the girls pulse and said to himself, "He is still alive, why is there no blood?" and as he remove the shrapnel leaving an open wound there was no blood spilling, Dr. Alva then said "Shrapnel is out, we are going to close the wound now" Shino said, "how about the poison?" Dr. Alva replied, "We can inject some antidote later after closing the wound" After the stitching the wound the operation was a success and later on Dr. Alva injected some Antidote for the poison and said, "She will wake up sooner or later, let her rest in here for a while" and added "I hate to see blood but what I hate the most is seeing my patient die" Shino smiles and walk out the room where Pyra is waiting and as soon as she see Shino Pyra rushes and said, "So? How was she?" Shino replied, "The removal was a success" Pyra was overjoyed and hug Shino and to himself he said, "What I'm curious about is the fact that doctor can control blood, better talk to him later"
