"You should take a quick shower. I think the meditation is definitely doing something. I'll have some food ready when you get back out."
With that assurance I quickly went to take a shower and grabbed some of Wilder's clean clothes to wear. We really need to get me some of my own clothes soon.
When I hopped into the shower I realized what Wilder must have meant. As I started scrubbing the water had quickly turned murky. Like I had a layer of mud on me. I took the loofah brush and started scrubbing every inch of myself more thoroughly and a bit rougher. *Snap* the brush broke mid scrub. How did that happen? Was it weak or old? I would have to let Wilder know we would need a new one.
I quickly made some sandwiches with a side of fruit salad. She seemed to love tea so I had went to one of the pack member's that I knew always drank tea and asked for some. She was more than happy to give me plenty, especially once she realized it was for the future Luna of the pack. I had just set the table with our food and her lotus tea with my soda when she came into the room. "We need a new loofah."
"A what now?"
"Loofah. The scrub brush in the shower? Those are loofahs. It was weak or something and broke while I was scrubbing."
"That was brand new. I got it for you. I don't use that thing." How did she break that wood scrubbing stick with just scrubbing?! Then a thought occurred to me. "Hey before we eat I want to try something real quick." I bring her to the living room where its more open. "I'm going to hold my hands up and I want you to punch with all your might, got it?"
"I cant punch you!"
"Wolf remember? If you have your human strength it will feel like nothing to me." I could see her internal struggle written on her face. She finally nodded and we both got into position. She threw a punch and I was shocked. This wasn't normal human strength. If I had been human she would have broken my hand and wrist. "One more time." She looked confused but did as I asked. This time I blocked her and her response was quick. She righted herself without even thinking about it. I could see the shock on her face. "Lets eat, then we can talk. You haven't eaten all day."
We finished eating rather quickly. The sandwich and fruit salad having been my favorite and hitting the spot perfectly! When I took a drink I was surprised. It was tea. Lotus tea. One of my favorites. He doesn't like tea though I thought? Did he get this for me after my comment yesterday that I really wanted tea? My heart warmed to the idea of being this wolf's mate even more. If this continues I will quickly be lost to this man.
