Location: Earth- Airson town
They smashed the souls and passed through dark damp pits of negligence walking inside the shadows, but able to docket their names in history and religious books, you won't see a story without their names. The earth had been a sacrificing blood pool for them from the beginning.
The utopian life of humans got bitter to lovers and the taste of kisses couldn't heal deep wounds. But always those righteous ones claimed to stand against those monsters, unsheathed swords, and scandalized puppeteers. Right when demons were sucking blood.
A group of people got vigilant and brushed away lashes of glooms. The world now is seeking justice and love whether the clamor had risen they constantly stand out. The gleams of light had overcome the dark clouds coming from the shadow world. They'll make music to invite happiness and the knowledge won't be waste anymore. The lords of Darkness will run and hid in dark horizons never dare to come back so the wars will be ended and songs of reeds will be replaced to be played and make souls dance.
All will happen if all races inside the huge universe show strength and resist the demons' army, it is all about choosing. What will they make out of this world, heaven or hell?
The rain-squall hit the ground and torches settled on each wall of the stable, blue fire glowed and broke the night as they burnt. Completely burning safe from water by the roof. Firelights fulminated on Airson Mountain, whipping the ground like a master who is trying to domesticate a rebellious extant.
Under that numb benighted place, the foul beings of darkness grabbed the vantage and attacked villages and outskirt farms. Penumbras were moving inside the black night, as they moved around Ceraces laid on the ground in case changed to the pieces of useless fetid flesh.
Four youths determinate in each angle of stable fighting them back. The wild strange beings with oily skin and hairless bodies, their red eyes glittered. Those sharp teeth and strong jaw would bring only one thought that they had made to kill and bite flesh. Lust of that desire allowed them to hit the victim by its tail which had an arrow shape blade to tear up the skin deeply to the bone, its cat-like body made it able to jump around and beat.
"Airson has begun a strange winter", Silman cried out at the time cutting a Cerace tail directing to Mohan.
Another jumping monster moved to Mohan and before reaching his blade glowed and ripped it off, the pieces fall apart and green blood splashed on the ground so the rain washed it up. He firmed again to beat another one bitterly smiled and replied, "Certainly mate, the night attacks of this garbage won't finish, and hopefully this rain is going to wash up the stinky blood otherwise no one could bide to stand here breathing by the bad blood smell".
Their small pack needed to march ahead If monsters scatter out the line they had made already then there could be no chance to save the cattle and themselves. They were carrying an oily torch of blue fire in one hand to push them back from group attack and holding the sword in another one, while near them a trolley of mow smeared by oil was burning with blue fire. Mohan guessed there must be a place that these creatures all coming straight from. Definitely not coming down from the sky.
There might be a gate of the underworld, but where? Who was the leader of these cracked up armies which have been raiding dissipated? What is their mission and what are they aiming for? Fear or something hidden?
And the last and more important one was, who have been allowing them influx easily, the one who sold humanity to our enemies of hidden.
Arno climbed up the water butts and jumped up the roof, sat on one knee, his torch leaned on a large cube-shaped brick, and at the same time murmured to himself, "Show me what you got man".
His hazel eyes lustered, tied up his long dark wet hair, and placed the arrows right in front of his right hand, tested the string of his bow, and aimed the forest ramp. Right on the south side of the farm.
Before they get even closer to the group attack dived the arrow into the blue fire and shot them. A Cerace ran from the fired arrow and jerked to Mohan from his backside.
The monster moved slowly hid before a thorn making sure that he has no attention on it, this one was more patient to catch its prey just like a spider, felt the sound of blood running through his vein while approaching enough bounced up to reach his neck, Mohan turned back and teeth were right an inch over there, but before biting his throat fell off the ground whirling on mud and leaving deep round prints. An arrow sunken straight on its hip. Mohan puffed in the air. The last screech of it was when Mohan stung the sword into its head and shot it down so the red eyes turned dark. He waved an agramercy hand to Arno then got back to his work again.
After a long duration of battling the number of them dwindled then winded up. No more tortious Cerace left there anymore.
"Seems we are done here, dear sheep and hens you're safe now", Arno said underneath then sighed and added, "Of course for now". He gathered the three last remained arrows inserted inside the quiver, the rain downed, he picked the torch and jumped down.
Everin the only lady attending in their group emerged out behind a wall and gave him a tinge of a smile and complemented in her way, "keep working on it, you are improving little one".
"What? Improving I'm the best of this clan sister", he straightened his shoulder and a proud sneer tagged on the corner of his lips.
"You did a good job", she confessed.
And he answered that compliment saying, "Oh, glad to hear that, you're awesome too, but surely I'm much better".
"Yes, you are a definite clown combat-man little brother". She said and walked to Silman.
