Now, it was his younger son's turn to receive his full support.
The next morning, Taeyan ran to Cera's house and knocked on the door. Rita opened the door. He regarded and came in. he walked up the stairs, saw Cera languidly sleeping on the bed. Daria was trying hard to make him get up. Pulling the blanket aside, kicking him none worked at all.
Taeyan knew that he will fly after learning the news then said, "I've got great news for you, I won't say till you get up".
Cera said, "Leave me alone. I've got a bad headache."
Daria was shaking his head in disappointment and said "You didn't need to make a pig out of yourself."
"I had an awful nightmare last night. A giant worm was following me eating everything on its way." He said again.
"We got a chance also to go on a mission", Taeyan laughed and said out of the blue.
Cera jumped out of the bed screaming happily and said, "That's great. Finally, someone gives a damn about us."
"You did a great job, buddy," Daria said.
Taeyan continued, "But it can happen only under one condition."
"Whatever it is, I'm game." Cera didn't care about the tough condition but taking the king's attention.
"We must go to the magician' forest and find their sanctuary, tonight," Taeyan said.
"Well. It's a piece of cake for us." Cera replied then puffed at ease.
Taeyan disagreed, "But we have only two hours."
Daria shouted, "Whaaaat? Just two hours?"
"No problem. We'll do our best." Cera said.
"Do we need permission to enter the humans' world? Or everyone can go there?" Taeyan asked.
"Yes, of course, we need permission. You know some elves had decided to stay in the humans' world and live with them. They've never returned such as Atendor." Cera said as if he's telling a secret.
"But they live longer and have more capabilities. It doesn't sound right." Taeyan said.
"Well, they would age like the human type because of their time and they'll lose their capabilities by eating some raw beef because they choose to live as a human and normal." Daria cleared it.
"Yuck! It's gross. Do you know any hybrid of elves and human beings? Do they exist?" Taeyan asked.
Daria replied again, "We don't know. We heard a legend about the last hybrid. We don't know the reality and it has come as a legend which is also engraved on the mountain stones. He was the only hybrid who had human capabilities and elves' capabilities and could commute between our worlds. He's also related to you."
Cera added, "We're not sure about the truth of this story. They retell it as a legend."
Taeyan's head was full of questions that he couldn't still after a year rescue them, "Do you think that the world guardians exist?"
Cera responded, "Absolutely. We need to find the daylight guardian."
Daria agreed, "You're right. If there are a sword and a bow, he's the only one who knows where it is and who are the owners. When we find the owners, we'll be allied and we'll find the chosen."
Cera asked, "What's your opinion about going to the mountains and read the engravings carefully on our own?"
They both agreed. They picked the magician Forest map and went to the mountains. When they got there, they looked closely at the picture of the woman holding a cane with a diamond ring in her hand. What would be the essence of engraving the diamond if it was only a legend?
Taeyan said, "I don't believe it's a myth. I'm sure that our ancestors have concealed something otherwise why a big legend like this should be told and retold. Perhaps, they were afraid of something special."
Cera mentioned, "We didn't believe that is a legend. We traced the signs and find more signs to prove the truth each time."
"That's true. Even the evils are so scared of it and they're looking for the owners. Why should they care so much about a legend?" Daria said,
Having returned from the mountain, they marked all the suspicious areas of the forest map all afternoon. Night has come when they were standing near the gates, but the people who were coming to them didn't look satisfied and joyful. They knew about their request, so it was not to behave kindly.
Cera asked, "What are you doing here?"
Suran looked quite serious when he said, "Be more cautious instead of doing a lot of talking. This is not a game."
To that Jay added, "Fog would let us pass. You didn't think that you can enter the jungle all by yourselves, did you?"
Daria smiled with deep satisfaction and said, "That's okay, I guessed."
They entered the jungle when Cera said, "It would be better to walk towards the black waterfall.'
That place was terrifying and dreadful especially because of the poisonous snakes wandering around the waterfall, but he had only one reason which was unfortunately unconvincing for others to do such a risk.
Jay asked, "How do you know that it's there?"
Taeyan replied, "Before they got fired, they commute to this area."
"It's better to go first to the death mountain. There's a secret tunnel there." Kai suggested.
"We'll go for the death mountain first. If we couldn't find it, we'll go for the black waterfall." Suran said.
"How can you be sure about the tunnel? We've got only two hours for this." Cera said surprisingly.
"It doesn't matter to us. That's your exam to pass." Jay said carelessly.
"Do you want to split?" Kai asked.
"No way, we can't leave them alone." Suran disagreed. Then he turned to them and said, "We taught you to be quick, but you're too lazy to use your lessons."
Daria tapped on Cera's shoulder and asked, "How does he know about everything? Is he spying on us?"
Taeyan whispered, "I think he had a camera attached to us."
"Pardon me?" Daria asked curiously.
Taeyan said, "Nothing. I'll tell you later."
