Jay paused and heaved a breath out.
"What if he didn't return?" Mohan asked.
"He will come back tonight. They would risk on lives catching what they want! Surely, they will hold an army at Groan's border to stop us there. Gratefully, we won't go there! This trap will distract them and waste their time. Then they are going to find out that we caught the spy and this trick never works against us anymore." Jay explained.
The scowled faces turned to a normal state. The elf was smart.
