And in a flash he was gone. all my memories, all my thoughts, all my time, all seemed to stop and disappear. His ice cream cone flying through the air and smacking into the cold hard ground, His glasses flying off his head and into the windshield, His blood scattered on the ground, and his leg stuck in the tire, and his hat landing next to me, I will never forget or forgive this incident. I will never forget that feeling, but most of all I will never forget him or the 2 tons of hot steel that hit him because, it was being driven by a low life drunk piece of disappointment who only cared that his car got totaled.

That's right, they finally moved the pigmy blossom ceremony closer to home so we finally saved up enough money. At least that's what I tell myself. Even if we had the time and money to go to the original position of the festival I don't think I could bring myself to do it. I don't think I'll ever be able to see that place again. I don't think I'll ever want too.
"We're here" finally, moms such a slow driver. I can't blame her, paying off a ticket while trying to raise 2 children alone with a low end job wouldn't be easy.

Wait was that scarlet in the other car, Never mind I'm probably seeing things. If only Scarlet could have come this would be so much better. Just if dad were still around I wouldn't be stuck with mom and Dime this entire trip.

Yeah, but you should've still told me. Scarlet's only my best friend since 5th grade. No wonder she was acting so strange and not telling me what she was doing on fall break. I was getting worried about her. Whatever I'll just act like I didn't care about where she was.
