I and Anthony were minding our business. We were talking about the businesses and laughing at the memories of how the line had begun. How it had changed without anyone having to really do anything drastic or spilt or fight. We were honestly happy that we could do things easily without having to hold a gun to each other's heads.
"I remember a time when everything was just such a rush and adrenaline now it's like slow and paced." Anthony laughed as he took a sip of his brandy, yes the man still drinks his brandy.
"We were such hardheads, it was all about moving and woman, drugs and money. We were so focused on living the life our fathers forced us into, we never tried to sort for another dream." I said
"That's you, I looked for another way but no matter how many times we tried to look for another way… it wouldn't make sense. It made more sense to stay than to take flight."
"Taking flight seemed so good sometimes." I groaned
"Don't lie."
