"Because I was an idiot." Jun sighed. "I didn't accept my feelings for him, and I snubbed him," Jun's breath was uneven as if he was out of breath. His memories hurt him so much. It exposed a hideous side of the baker, his prejudice against a boy for being gay, and his self-rejection. Jun continued, as painful as that was, he continued,
"I didn't accept that I could like a boy. Nor be attracted to a boy, or anything like that." Jun's face became somber again. "I thought that if I followed this path, I would have to serve any jerk bigger or stronger than me," His voice was bitter, full of pain as he recalled his first homosexual love.
"And what happened to the boy?" Haruki was still hurt by not being the first to reach Jun's heart. He wanted to scrutinize whoever had this place in his man's life.
