Haruki felt he was being watched and woke up.
Jun stared at him while the singer tried to sleep. The singer hid his face, unsure of how he looked because he had his face resting on the leather of the plane's seat.
"Jun, stop staring at me!" he asked. Haruki remembered that Jun had called him 'plump' when he squeezed himself in the seat next to him.
"I can't, you were so cute sleeping and drooling." The baker didn't miss an opportunity to bring the singer down.
"GRR! It won't work Jun, I'm not insecure. You can belittle my appearance at will. I know I'm a beauty model for most people."
Before, the singer saw his good looks as a blessing. But since he saw his parents' marriage crumble, he wondered about it, partly by questioning what his Dad would have gone through in his life because of his good looks.
He shook his head to ward off those rancorous and depressed bad thoughts, and stood up.
