Bella paused for a few seconds, she knew what the question entailed, and to be honest she already had her answer for some time now but she wasn't completely sure. From all what she had heard tonight, Altereds were her kind and they were diminishing fast.
Bella had never had a sense of duty, she knew she had responsibilities and she could choose not to do them but she could tell that this was not one of those times. Even if she wouldn't stay, she could at least help them stop "The someone."
