Alecia said in Elvish language, "Vedui' Melehta Aranis, I amar prestar aen, han mathon ne nen, han mathon ne chae a han noston ned 'wilith." which means "The world has changed; I can feel it in the water, I can feel it in the earth, I can smell it in the air."
She started with that phrase to imply that, everything will need to change if they want to survive in the new Age. Since she knew that these kings were ruling the world for so long and detached themself from the ever-changing world. She wanted to condition them with her proposal that requires a selected Ground Earther to enter MID EARTH.
