Katherine's body is covered with steam. Suddenly Katherine fell, her breathing was heavy and it seemed like she's losing her energy.
"Katherine sit cross-legged again, imagine the energy flow is circulating in your body like your blood, from the heart circulate it through your body in an infinite loop," Jerome advises.
Katherine followed Jerome's advice, after a while all the steam coming out of her body lessened. Her breathing became normal, Katherine was drenched with sweat.
"The steam that's coming out from you a while ago as you energy is so strong your body can contain it naturally. Now maintain that state and slowly own your eyes," said Jerome.
Katherine slowly opened her eyes, she set her eyes on Jerome and she saw Jerome's energy flow, then she observed the surroundings and she can see the energy flow of all living organisms.
