Growing irritable, I marched my way towards the entrance, leaving Lucas behind performing his well-practiced crazy antics. He might not know it sometimes but he's a considered a crackbrain—at least in my own mind and opinion, but hell, it always gets into my nerves!
"That brat! Flirting like he's a f*cking teenager!" I mumbled to myself. With my heavy steps, it created loud noises in the whole quiet museum. Thank god, though, that I wasn't wearing heels and the floor's covered in carpet. If so, I would probably bombard the whole place way more than what I already am doing! "Come on, Jiana, stop acting like one too!"
But little did I know, the 'teenager' I was just talking about was already following me behind silently, like some sort of ninja that creates zero noise that you won't even feel or notice its presence until it makes a sound or at least it has already come to your view.
And in my case, it was something like the latter.
