At first, I thought Lucas was joking. Not that I didn't want to actually board a plane with him as the pilot, I just assumed all along that I am going to be sitting beside him with our whole four-hour flight. The fact excited me but what's confusing is I want him to make my pillow.
So here I am now, all alone in one of the seats in the first class. "At least he's just a door away from me," I thought. I was sighing all along, chin resting on my cold palm as I stared out the window.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, this is your Captain speaking," but after hearing his familiar soothing voice, I was awoke from all the thoughts I was having. "This is the pre-boarding announcement for flight 63C to Tokyo. We are now inviting those passengers with small children, and any passengers requiring special assistance, to begin boarding at this time. Please have your boarding pass and identification ready. Regular boarding will begin in approximately ten minutes time. Thank you,"
