Chapter 1 - Prologue

Today is exactly one year of my marriage with my husband, Tommy Permana. My name is Sabila Hanum, you can call me Sabil. My marriage with Tommy was so harmonious, because we built it with love and sincerity.

This morning as usual I was making breakfast for my husband. But suddenly my vision became blurry and I felt excruciating pain in my head and also felt my whole body like stiff and could not be moved.

I tried to call my husband to ask for help, but my lips were also stiff. Because I could not bear the pain, I finally fell unconscious.

I started to be able to open my eyes, but I seem to feel something strange happening to my body. My body felt numb, everything felt stiff and could not be moved. Even to raise my hand, I couldn't do it.

"Thank god. Sabil, you're awake, dear. I was really worried when I saw you fainted in the kitchen, so I rushed to take you to the hospital". Said Tommy.

Sabil tries to answer Tommy's words, but she can't do it.

"Sabil, what's wrong? What do you want to say?" Asked Tommy confused.

Seeing that his wife seemed very difficult to speak, Tommy immediately called the doctor to check on his wife's condition. After checking, the doctor concluded that Sabila had a stroke which caused her entire body to be immobile.

Sabila shed tears when she heard the explanation from the doctor who sentenced her to a stroke. Seeing his wife shed tears, Tommy immediately tried to calm her down.

"Sabila my wife, do not be sad dear, I promise to take care of you until you are declared cured. You do not worry dear, because I will always be beside you in your health and your illness". Said Tommy, kissing Sabila on the forehead.

Sabila was touched by her husband's words, she felt lucky to have a husband as good as Tommy.

Thank you, dear. you already want to take care of me. Hopefully your tiredness in taking care of me will be rewarded with heaven by Allah, I will always pray for you at all times so that you are always healthy and can continue to care for me until it is cured. Sabila muttered to herself.
