Elizabet awoke early the next morning, there was a lot of work that she still had to do. While her husband traveled to his offices in town, Elizabet handed Henry, her young son to the wet nurse. Elizabeth walked down the drive towards the gates separating the estate from the rest of the world. She took an intricate velvet purse from her side. The purse was well taken care of, but it wouldn't escape one's attention that it was old. She took out a dust that was similar to finest sands in the world. She sprinkled it around the gate and pulled out a small silver knife with phases of the moon engraved on the wooden handle. She put the tip of the knife to her finger drawing a small droplet of blood which she smudged on the iron gate. She didn't speak out loud but her lips were moving. She then walked around the entirety of the estate spreading her fine dust at various locations and saying her prayers.
Elizabet circled the entire property and returned back to the gate. Again she took out her silver knife poking her finger repeating her action of drawing a small droplet of blood and smearing it onto the gate. When she was satisfied, the estate had been sealed, she headed back to the house. Some of the maids and gardeners noticed the lady of the house walking around the property. She was strange, but she was nice so they still respected her, but it didn't stop the rumors from starting.
There were other things that Elizabet needed to do, but she couldn't until the moon light fell upon the house. She had to bind the the doors and windows, but she would prefer to do that privately and not under the watchful eyes of the servants.
That evening under the light of the full moon she got up silently from their bed careful to not disturb her sleeping husband. She crept quietly out the hall and down the steps. Her linen shift swaying the cool autumn air. She stood in front of the house and closed her eyes, saying her blessings before opening them again. Her eyes were bright blue now and then she held up her hands, she said nothing out loud. The ground around her began to glow blue, dimly at first but became stronger as she maintained her position.
A quick blip of light burst forth, coating the doors and the windows for just a moment before dissipating under the moon. Had no one been watching what Elizabet was doing they would claim it was just the light of the moon.

Around a year after moving into the Octagon House and after Elizabet finished her blessings and protections on the house she was ready. The moon was full in the night sky and Gideon sat by the fire reading a book. Henry was staying with the wet nurse and she couldn't be bothered with his cries this evening or any prying eyes for that matter. Elizabet quietly walked to her husband, her barefeet not making a sound on the wood floors. She came from behind and wrapped her arms around him and squeezed tightly. She leaned over the chair over the chair and whispered into his ear. "My mind, body, and spirt yearn for your embrace." Her voice like warm honey laced with desire and need.
As she spoke his core began to warm up and when she leaned further in he realized it was her bosom resting on his shoulders. He could feel them and his blood began to leave his mind and head south.
Elizabet encouraged with her husbands reactions walked around the chair calmly and with authority stood in front of him. She was wearing only a robe and when she felt his gaze squarely on her and as he blindly put his book on the table, she let the robe fall in a pool around her feet. She gave him a moment for his heart to catch up before she took slow and deliberate steps towards him.
Elizabet's eyes were trained on Gideon. She had a mission and she would not fail their future depended on it. Gideon's eyes were combing over her body towards her breasts and womanhood. Everything was as she wanted and perfectly planned and executed. She went and straddled him, her eyes never leaving his. His legs were between hers. She smiled leaning in close, "what are you waiting for dear husband, an invitation? If so, I give it to you, your invitation."
When Gideon didn't say anything Elizabet leaned back putting her hands around his neck for support. Elizabet broke eye contact and turned her head to the side to slowly pull out the pins holding up her hair. As she pulled the last pin her red hair cascaded down falling over her breasts and arched back.
Even in her profile she was intoxicating and the firelight dancing on her skin. Gideon's heart began to beat wildly and uncontrollably. They had sex before, obviously, they had a child! But their previous times had been an obligation. The woman who was in front of him now was a vixen! His hands were laying on the arm rests unsure of what to do. Before it was simple with no thrills, it was in the dark and with the intention to make a child. Now, now was completely different. Gideon gulped.
Elizabet turned back towards her husband swallowing her frustration. She smiled sweetly grabbing his arms and putting them on her hips. She wanted to laugh at how unsure and confused he looked, but she remained focused on her mission and she couldn't fail. She bit her lip putting her hands back on his chest and leaning in close. She knew he could feel her warm breath on his ears. She could feel the shiver it sent down his spine. She expertly kissed and then bit his ear lobe.
She could feel his excitement and the strain in his pants, and she said, "dear husband, if you continue to be a statue, I am going to believe you don't think I am beautiful or that you love me."
That seemed to snap his out of his frozen state, "You are gorgeous. But-"
"But what?" Elizabet feigning innocence. She leaned down and kissed him on his neck. "But what? Are we not husband and wife?" slowly removing his neck tie and unbuttoning the first two buttons before kissing him.
She could almost taste the animal need within him. She kissed him on the other side of his neck sending another shiver of need down his spine. Elizabet felt him grip her more firmly and she smiled. She then moved towards his lips and they crashed into each other. While they kissed, she opened her eyes and glanced out the window. Soon she thought, soon.
She left the kiss and looked into his eyes, the hesitation and nervousness that was there was placed with wild and untamed desire.
"Do you love me husband?" Elizabet moaned.
"I love you." Gideon answered with no hesitation.
"With all your mind?" Elizabet purred
"With all my mind." Gideon answered with no hesitation.
"With all your body?"
"With all my body."
"With all your soul?"
"With all my soul, I am yours forever and always." His voice hoarse with need.
"Good," A smile dancing on her face and the firelight reflecting in her green eyes. "Don't you think we should move somewhere more comfortable?"
"I will take you to our room."
"Why, there is a comfortable rug and the fire here? Why go all the way upstairs?"
Gideon nodded, his mind in a state of ecstasy. He scooped up his wife and he lay her gently on the floor. He gave her a kiss and then began to take off his own clothes. He paused for a minute, "What if somebody walks in?"
"I told all the servants to leave for the night, it is just you and I."
Gideon nodded taking off his trousers.
As he lay on top of her, Elizabet rolled over and pinned him to the ground, "I want to be in control."
"But-"
"Dear husband, this is what I want, will you deny me what I want?"
"Never, I am yours."
'I know' she thought and she smiled and looked out the window. Nearly. She began to work him into a state and just as the clocks rang out twelve times, Gideon was spent and Elizabet doubled over and lay on his chest. "Thank you dear husband."
